An exact mathematical model of the deformation of the structure for securing cargo (billboard, etc.) has been built. The design is a flat truss and consists of two parts — a vertical support and a console. The task is to obtain the dependence of the deflection on the number of panels. The stiffness of the rods is the same. In the system of computer mathematics Maple by the method of induction on solutions for trusses with different numbers of panels, a solution is obtained for the general case. The offset is found by the Maxwell-Mohr formula.
